Founder, Brandon Blackwood New York

Brandon Blackwood is the Founder, Creative Director, and CEO of Brandon Blackwood New York, the handbag and accessories brand he built out of Brooklyn. A first-generation American born to Jamaican and Chinese parents, he launched the label in 2015 after friends kept asking where to buy a backpack he'd designed for himself. His work has since been featured in Vogue, The New York Times, and Forbes, and earned him a CFDA Award nomination for Best Accessory Designer as the brand expanded into eyewear, outerwear, and footwear.

Andrew L. Davis, MBA, is President and CEO of Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) Corporation, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare administration, financial management, and quality-care leadership to the role. Since joining ECMC in 2016, he has guided over $100 million in campus capital improvements and holds board leadership roles with the Healthcare Association of Western & Central New York, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, and Health Sciences Charter School, among others.

Lamar Richardson is a 3x Tony Award-winning producer known for championing underrepresented voices, most recently as part of the 2026 Tony-winning revival of Ragtime, which made him the youngest Black lead producer to win in a major category. Since co-founding Ivy Lion Productions in 2022, he's built a track record across Broadway and film, with credits including Gypsy, Merrily We Roll Along, Death of a Salesman, The Wiz, and the feature film The Fabulous Four.

Over more than a decade as an organizer and campaigner, she has driven passage of landmark worker protections including minimum wage increases, paid family leave, the Healthy Terminals Act, and Just Cause legislation for NYC fast food workers, while also leading the union's electoral efforts to elect progressive, pro-worker candidates, including its 2020 program to elect Joe Biden.
